Hi Cheryle,
We still feel like we're recovering from the best weekend ever! I don't know where to begin. After our discussions, meetings, and tasting we had high expectations, but you absolutely blew us (and our guests) away. Every bite of food was outstanding. The drinks were delicious. Everything was timed perfectly. Your staff was friendly, accommodating and we now can agree that they are ninjas. When speeches were being made the tent was silent, no clattering dished or clanking glasses. These are the details that helped make it the most beautiful night we could have imagined.
We have been told by countless guests (both during and after) that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We couldn't agree more. It was not only delicious, but so elegant! Everything was presented beautifully. The hors d'oeuvres were served non-stop throughout cocktail hour and everyone was able to try them all which is such a treat! Dinner was gorgeous and the dessert bar was perfect. You help put the finishing touches on my cake and it really looked great. I even had two ice cream sandwiches right on the dance floor--a moment I truly dreamed about leading up to the wedding.
Thank you for helping us every step of the way. Between the rentals, timeline of the evening and, of course, the menu--none of it would have been possible without your guidance, direction and expertise. We feel so lucky to have found you and gone through this experience together. You helped make all our dreams come true!

Throughout the planning process, you were such a calming presence and we knew that whatever the problem was, you would find a solution. Your experience and professionalism shined through from Day 1 and we are so happy you were such a big part of our special day.

Guests are still raving about the food, saying it's the best they've ever had at a wedding. I also don't think I've ever seen every wedding guest get served dinner within minutes of each other - it was so impressive. Your team was a well-oiled machine and worked their butts off.
