Fresh Flavors Catering is a full service caterer specializing in Mediterranean food. They sprouted onto the Hamptons' catering scene in the Spring of 2007; but they are not new to the business.

Michael and Francesca Vignapiano, Fresh's owners, had maintained a low profile, yet had a strong presence since 1998 as event chef and captain for weddings, fund raisers and intimate dinners for local caterers.

As executive chef, Michael brings his twenty-five years of experience as a Chef/Pastry Chef, Instructor of Culinary Arts, and Culinary Competitor in both New York and Italy to Fresh Flavors. His passion for "old world" cooking is evident in his menus for the "new world" palate.

Francesca, as event planner, brings her years of experience in customer relations and food service to organize all aspects of the event to make it an affair to remember.

Fresh also offers a soft bar, wine pairing and alcohol consignment.

Fresh's staff is comprised of local professionals who have worked as a team for over 10 years.
