Fresh Flavors Catering is a full service caterer specializing in Mediterranean food and the local, seasonal harvest of Long Island. They sprouted onto the Hamptons' catering scene in the Spring of 2007; but they are not new to the business.

Michael and Francesca Vignapiano, Fresh's owner's, have maintained a strong presence in the Hamptons catering scene since 1998. Fresh has become the preferred caterer at premier vineyard wedding venues.

As executive chef, Michael brings his twenty-five years of experience as a Chef/Pastry Chef, Instructor of Culinary Arts, and Culinary Competitor in both New York and Italy to Fresh Flavors. His passion for "old world" cooking is evident in his menus for the "new world" palate.

Francesca, as event planner, brings her years of experience in customer relations and food service to organize all aspects of the event to make it an affair to remember.

Fresh's mixologists create exquisite cocktails, signature drinks and pair wines with their menus.

Fresh's staff is comprised of local professionals who have worked as a team for over 10 years.
